I felt like I was being lied to: 1)come back in if your truck starts running rough 2)the part isn't available (I was told this twice-the 2nd time I knew it was available) 3)wouldn't get call backs when I was told someone would call me back 4)we get one per week - you'll be the next one, etc. Just being honest. With this said, I don't want to go to any other dealership. I do get great service! I think the dreaded Y78 recall was just a thing because it's pretty involved-You Tube. More

I really like these people, particularly Xavier. Everyone was warm and accommodating in the sales process. Sadly, I feel let down. Upon returning home with the vehicle, we realized the windshield wipers didn’t work. We were told the vehicle was inspected so the damage must’ve occurred sometime between the time we drove it off the lot in 24 hours later. Shame on us for not testing them. We took it to our usual mechanic, who was unable to fix it. We were relieved to find out that the item would be covered by warranty. We then took it to your affiliated dealership, Ford Ocala, two weeks later, the vehicle was fixed, but we have now been told that the damage is not covered due to the fine print in the warrant and we paid $1100. I would like to hear back from you on this. More
