We r enroute from Arkansas to Tampa and our 2 year old truck broke down, Luckily for us it broke down at Lake city dealership. Joe, the service manager and Tricia the Lane manager exceeded our expectations and got us repaired and back on the road (to make the wedding) within 2 hours! A young man (salesman) named Cooper was the most welcoming, respectful and pleasant young man and we highly recommend if you are in the market for a vehicle, go see Cooper!! I came in for a ram 2500 because I heard there was a 684 day inventory. They only had much higher priced models with diesel engines. They tried to get me in one from another dealer that they could not ge day inventory. They only had much higher priced models with diesel engines. They tried to get me in one from another dealer that they could not get in touch with. I settled on a ram 1500 classic as a great truck that would I could pay off quick. I found that same 4x4 that I was looking at with a super sweet ram discount and a dealer incentive to boot and we were off to the races. I am so glad I got such a great deal and super thrilled with a fabulous ride for a reasonable price. Thanks guys More
