the car was advertized at 24000 online they added a dealer warranty and other charges that i was told came with the car and then sold me a warranty aftermarket for another pice almost the same as the o dealer warranty and other charges that i was told came with the car and then sold me a warranty aftermarket for another pice almost the same as the one the dealer added on and then i ended up financing 31000 with 3000 down and 3000 trade and when signing the contract i could not see the total finance on the screen from where i was sitting ,and i dont feel i was explained the add ons or ask did i want them very disapointed More

Worst transaction ever. Sold me a jeep with a leaking heater core, after I specifically asked about the coolant smell. Julie promised me the heater core was not leaking. Brought to a mechanic after the continued coolant smell, found the heater core leaking, quoted me 2000 bucks to fix it. Then when they delivered the vehicle, it never dawned on me to check the radio before the sales person left, guess what, the radio doesnt work. Once I signed the paper work to purchase the vehicle, they arent returning my calls to rectify the situation. All they care about is getting to sign the paper work, terrible customer service after the sale. Julie straight up lied to me about the heater core, delivery times, and service after the sale. Will not, would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Their dealer fees are also worst then their customer service. I would ask them about all their dealer fees, they are all over the place with dealer fees.. Predelivery service charge : 1298.00 Electronic registration filing fee : 598.00 PTA ; 189.00 (dont even know what that stands for) Government Doc Stamp Fees ; 26.60 Government license/registration fee : 83.85 (I thought that was part of the 598.) Total other charges and Amounts Paid to Others on Your behalf : 110.45 (lol) Of course they dont tell me what they paid to others on "my behalf", they just go ahead and charge me. These guys are all about fees the dont disclose to you, because none of these fees where disclosed to me. So in addition to the sale of the vehicle, they had an additional $2305.90 to the purchase price. None of these were explained to me, they just rushed me into signing the documents because, as it was explained to me, "we need this sale to close out the month". And it was the last day of the month. Would not buy a bicycle from these people. More
