I don't usually fo surveys but this was such a great experience I had too this time. I bought a 2025 Wagoneer from this dealership and it was by far the best experience I've had! They showed show and told me about my vechile and helped me set everything up. I bought a Cherokee from the same dealership (Wesley Oliver) in Oct 2023 and it was the worst experience I ever had! That group didn't tell me or show me anything and the follow up was always horrible when I went in. I had swore O was not going back to that dealership but I gave them another chane when I found the was a new people there. The difference in personal was like day and night! This group was the best!! Dylan Connor, Cat Robinson and Jerry Mote were the best!!! Dylan told me he had been worked there before and left (which is when I bought my other car) and came back. I told him about my experience and told him he could never leave again. By far hands down the BEST!!!! More

So my salesperson who was Fernando was very helpful and was able to get me into a new car. He loaned me a car for that night because i was out of transportation the night of the sale . Fernando is a great salesperson . He was able to pick me up from my home nearby and I told him what my needs were. When we got back to the dealership he went to work to try and find me He was able to pick me up from my home nearby and I told him what my needs were. The finance person was also great and worked with me on finding what my best choices were in buying my vehicle . They both stayed late and made sure i was able to get into my first new car. I appreciate the patience they displayed with me and my situation about needed to get into a car that night. We were the last people to leave the dealership that night.
