Overall, it was a good experience, salesman was great. The delay from the moment we agreed on a price to the time I could actually leave was horrible. Took two hours to finish the paperwork and then they wouldn't let me leave untill I had "consulted" with their recommended insurance company. Never had that happen before. As I said, the salesman was fine, not issues there and even the management were easy to deal with, but the delay in leaving put me right off. I left unsettled and feeling like I never wanted to go back. I can't remember any names so I was generic in my rating of them below. More
