The salesman Sergio was great, he was very professional and I would like to deal with him in the future. However , when I went in to Financing I was told the brand new car I was buying was being sold as a and I would like to deal with him in the future. However , when I went in to Financing I was told the brand new car I was buying was being sold as a used car. I said I didn’t want a used car , I want a new car..The finance guy said it is a new car it’s just the way we do the paperwork because the car has been here for awhile. it didn’t sound like it was a true answer so after I was done in there and I thought about it for a while I asked to speak to the Manager.The General Manager (I don’t remember his name) told me He told Dodge a few weeks earlier that sold the car so He could make the Quota and get kick backs. This seems shady to me and I feel like I was lied to and tricked.. Also He told me that the Warranty already started because it was thought to be sold before. I also think that’s extremely unfair, I shouldn’t pay for a warranty period I never get. I told him how I felt and said I should be refunded some money, He said you already signed, you’re not getting any money back. More
The check engine light came on a week later I called immediately and had to keep calling back for five days before someone would help me. That is not customer service. Worst car buying experience in my life. Twice. I purchased a used Ram 2500 with 7000 miles on it. I was lied to about the warranty I purchased by the previous finance guy, the truck broke d Twice. I purchased a used Ram 2500 with 7000 miles on it. I was lied to about the warranty I purchased by the previous finance guy, the truck broke down twice in 4 months/6000 miles of owning it. 1st time I was told it was because of a dirty air filter that I had to pay for. Check engine light came back on 10 days later with the same code. I had lost confidence in the durability of the truck. I asked the GM to please help me get out of the truck and get me in something else. He knew about the problems I’d experienced with the finance guy and the service dept. I asked for help getting into a comparable priced truck. I found a F150 at one of your local dealers for about the same amount of money. Left owing almost $75,000 (came in owing $60K on the Ram. Once again was lied to at financing. Was told I could only get the 5.5% rate I got if I bought the extended warranty otherwise it would be 7.6%. I had to pay the full dealer pack twice. No help there.. lost all my down payment money on the Ram. I promise you I will tell everyone I can about the horrible experience I’ve had doing business with The Morgan Group.. you guys really bring back the Slimy Used Car Salesman Mentality of the 80s. I’m normally a very passive person, I don’t get upset easy. I hardly ever complain about anything.. There is so much to this story not in here. Two different GMs, Two different finance guys. Maybe it’s the culture at Morgan Automotive from the top down ? More
Zac Draack (salesman) and Graham Dyck (finance manager) were absolutely wonderful. Ted is another great addition to the dealership. Another individual gave us conflicting information about having our new were absolutely wonderful. Ted is another great addition to the dealership. He explained the policy incorrectly when we researched and found it is a Florida State law that requires vehicle insurance. Other than that individual, the entire vehicle delivery was a wonderful experience. More
