My first ram was not completely service or fixed when I purchased it had several issues and I was scared to keep it because I was afraid I would have to keep putting money into and with that said I lost o purchased it had several issues and I was scared to keep it because I was afraid I would have to keep putting money into and with that said I lost over $13000 trading it back in which they charged me over $5000 more for that trick than what I was told the price they told me it was $48900 and on my paperwork it’s $53600 that’s is wrong and couldn’t explain why it was that much different once I seen it the printer wasn’t working the first day I bought so you couldn’t read anything and once I got paperwork to take to dmv I realized they charged me too much and they charged me for a warranty and had to tell the finance manager 3 times that that wasn’t the right price from what they told me so it was not a good experience. Which Catherine did help me but in the long run I got ripped off over $13000 because I paid the price on the secondly ram that was online with the red line though it so if you buy a vehicle from them you need to double check all prices More
