Best service experience I’ve been going here for 2 years for routine services. I had a busy couple months missed my oil change. I realized that i needed one ASAP because i wa I’ve been going here for 2 years for routine services. I had a busy couple months missed my oil change. I realized that i needed one ASAP because i was at 0% for 8k miles. Glen got me in right away and i appreciated his understanding to my hectic schedule. As much as I try to be organized sometimes my car appointments are over looked by me. So having the reminder calls helps a lot. I’ve worked with everyone in service department at this point and I’ve had a consitent experience with everyone. More

Phenomenal Collision Center Customer Service After I was rear-ended, calls with multiple adjusters from my insurance company, the other persons insurance, and my home agent were very overwhelming After I was rear-ended, calls with multiple adjusters from my insurance company, the other persons insurance, and my home agent were very overwhelming and confusing. By the time I contacted insurance-recommended Braeger Chevrolet for repairs I was exhausted. From the moment I started working with Angelica a weight was lifted off my shoulders! She was patient, understanding, and eager to help. Though I mainly worked with her, there were times I was also helped by Andrew, Carrie, and Alex. This collision center team was informative and immensely helpful throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to ensure that I and my car were taken care of. When my pristine, beautiful new bumper was scratched by a car that parrellel parked behind me less than 24hrs after repairs Marquette Police told me they couldn’t do anything. However, they recommended Braeger for repairs- not knowing I had just been there the day before. When I called Braeger and told them of my bad luck they offered to buff out what they could for free. It’s clear that Braeger holds an outstanding reputation in the Milwaukee community and will be the place I continue to return to and recommend to others in the future. I can’t say enough good things about how much easier they have made this whole repair process on me. I am very thankful I chose Braeger! More
