The great thing about reviews is that customers get to share their experiences with others...the not so great thing about reviews is that without a customer name, we have no way of knowing who the review is from or the vehicle that was in our shop. I say this because without knowing a customers name, vehicle make or VIN number we have no way of looking up the Repair Order to see what the problem was or how it was diagnosed by our technician. We would truly like to get this issue resolved, and I am hoping that you would be willing to reach out to the Service Advisor that you dealt with, John Webler. John can then give you specifics and see what we can do to help! As for the fuel concern, I'm not sure how we could have used a 1/3 tank of gas...this one is puzzling. But again, once we look at the repair order, it will show the miles in and the miles out. But to use a 1/3 tank of gas would be over 100 miles of driving on most of today's vehicles. I am thinking this just may be on oversight as our technicians would not have the time to put those kind of miles on a single vehicle in a given day. Thank you for your time.
