nothing done right! sales person gave me a free porter of my auto to use as i please. took car , 6 hours later it was ready. they only washed it and vacuum it! took car sales person gave me a free porter of my auto to use as i please. took car , 6 hours later it was ready. they only washed it and vacuum it! took car 4 in for oil change! i noticed my car out side the show room window and hour later ( not a issue ) went to ask if my car was done. no one could find the paper work! then only paper work was found, i checked my tire's pressure . they all 4 were at 31 pounds. manual says 35! i had to go back in and wait for someone to do it. another 30 minutes. I hope u can see my issue her! i have bought 2 new cars in two years from u. not to mention in my younger days i purchased new cars from yous. sales person isn't my complaint. service is! More

Great experience! I was able to make an appt. for a few days out at 7am. I arrived at 6:55 and was greeted outside by the service advisor. He let me know it would be a few minutes and he would let me in. This goes a long way for me as I’ve never been to this dealership before. I wasn’t sure I was in the right area let alone, if anyone knew I was there. Once Inside, I was promptly checked in and found my way to the waiting room. I enjoy that it is in the service bay and being able to see everyone doing their job and helping the clients. Not to mention, this is a busy dealership! Lots of moving parts. My truck was as serviced quickly and washed for me at the end. I had no issues while there and would highly recommend you get your vehicle serviced here. More

Worst service I’ve experienced there I am a frequent customer at Braeger, and usually I rave about their service and support. Today unfortunately, my experience was bad enough to make me I am a frequent customer at Braeger, and usually I rave about their service and support. Today unfortunately, my experience was bad enough to make me question whether I will ever return. I brought my vehicle in for some squealing in the tires and to have a tire resealed. I had explained that my dad had just done the brakes for me a week prior. While waiting over two hours in the waiting area, another employee came in and asked if we wanted him to change the channel because CNN was fake news. He proceeded to share his political opinions with us. Another customer in the area shared that he was a patriot and had proudly served our country, to which the employee interrupted and discredited this customers service. When the employee from service came back to talk with me he began to put down my dad's work on the brakes. He also said I needed GM parts rather than the "AC Delco he just threw in there." I told him to leave the brakes and to simply finish sealing the wheel. Another 30 minutes later my boyfriend had to come as I was over 30 minutes late for work. I checked in briefly with the service tech to share that my boyfriend would be taking the car and that I had to go. He again put down my dad's work in the car and his choice in parts. My feelings were genuinely hurt and I left crying. My boyfriend picked up the $110 bill for a sealed wheel and bad service. More
