I had my mind made up on make and model, so I returned the next day during regular business hours and was greeted by Tony. Right away he was easy to talk to, friendly, wasn't pushy and was very helpful. He even offered his personal opinion when I asked (about car color and other car related stuff) and you could tell he was sincere. He seemed more of a friend than a salesperson.
