In a day where you can buy nearly anything from anywhere it is customer service that sets one place ahead of another. I think it is safe to say that everyone hates buying a car. Most times you feel like you cant walk the lot without being stalked by some crazy salesman. I felt perfectly comfortable working with Tony in buying my Ford Edge. I had a pretty long list of things that I had to have. Tony came through for me not once but TWICE when I realized after I test drove the first one that I actually really needed AWD. He went back to the drawing board and two days later had the exact car I wanted for me waiting to test drive. With the car we got and the most affordable price in the Metro-Milwaukee area my wife and I could not be happier. Thanks Tony. More
After visiting all of the other dealerships in the area and looking at every 7 passager cuv out there I took my mminivan in to see Scott and walked me in to see the Traverse. They have a great selection, both new and used. I ended up taking a gorgeous new sonic LT which i am in love with. While searching for the vehicle I wanted, I contacted several dealerships. I spoke in person, with new car sales from two dealerships and unfortunately, had problems with the level of customer service fr several dealerships. I spoke in person, with new car sales from two dealerships and unfortunately, had problems with the level of customer service from both. Kunes in Delavan, Wisconsin made the mistake of telling me the only model they had access to was in Michigan and I would have to pay over $700 to have it brought to Delavan. The Lou Bachrodt dealership in Rockford, Illinois made the mistake of inflating the cost of several of the options I wanted. I took that as an insult and again could no longer trust to work with them. In addition, I contacted four dealerships via email and phone. The Jerry Haggerty dealership in Glen Ellyn, Illinois flat out lied to me about having the model I was searching for. I was told "yes we have it on one of our remote lots." They then proceeded to call another dealership, Biggers Chevrolet, Elgin Illinois and try to obtain the particular model I was looking to buy. Biggers Chevrolet contacted me regarding this car, but then made the mistake of attempting to get me to give them a $300.00 payment to "hold" the vehicle for me. I would never give any money to a dealership for a vehicle which I haven't even laid eyes on. That was their BIG mistake. They quoted me a purchase offer which was actually $500.00 less than the delearship I ended up buying from. This just goes to show you, when buying a new car you have to decide what is most important to you. Obtaining the lowest cost no matter what, or dealing with a dealership that actually has integrity. The fool who asked me give him $300.00 to "hold" the vehicle site unseen was what many of us feel is a (typical car salesman). With all other options explored, I ended up purchasing the vehicle from the last remaining dealership which had the model and options I was looking for. Braeger Chevrolet in Milwaukee, Wisconisn was my last option; however I am very pleased with the level of customer service I received. There is nothing "typical" about Braeger Chevrolet. In every way possible they strive to exceed their customers expectations. Not only did they exceed my expectations, they blew any preconceived notions I had about the new car buyng experience completely out of the water! My salesman, David Kastner was very open and direct. At no time did I feel like he was trying to manipulate me the way all the other dealerships had tried. I received financing from this dealership. Jennifer works with many banking institutions to obtain the best interest rate possible. All her effort, persistence and dedication was to get me the best financing she could. She has a "Never give up." attitude. I received 4.9% financing with a credit rating which categorized me as high risk. Jennifer and David were both amazing and I think Jennifer is a bit of a miracle worker. Ha! More
David was incredibly friendly and helpful! He was very knowledgable about the Chevy Cruze as well as other cars I was looking at. This was my first time purchasing a car in a dealership and it was AWESOME. Rik was wonderful in making sure that I got the car that I wanted with the features that I needed and most important of all that and it was AWESOME. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and very courtious. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. They explained everything to me to make sure I was comfortable signing all the paperwork etc. The day I picked up my car Rik and Alicia showed me all the features in my car and made sure that I was comfortable driving it off the lot. They are both a great asset to the dealership as they are very knowledgable of the vehicles and its features. I would totally recommend them again to anyone I know that is looking for a car. Its a huge purchase and it can be very intimidating but they made it fun and exiting. They both have great people skills and are they have great customer service skills. They were not pushy about anything they were just making sure that I had everything I needed before I left and that I understood the procesures etc. You guys Rock! thank you soooooo much!!!!! More
