I have never bought a new car; I have always purchased my automobiles from a family member. When my car broke down unexpectedly and obtaining a new car was an immediate necessity, I was stresssed and concer automobiles from a family member. I first met with the General Manager, John Montenga (spelling?). John was kind, soothing and understood my situation in its entirety. He listened to my needs and then identified a car that would meet those needs. Sales Manager Jamie Enders guided me through the necessary processes and was very comforting - just by her natural demeanor. I also met with Finance Manager Sam Rabideau, who was as knowledgeable as she was kind. Both of these incrediable team members were informative, patient and delightful - thus eliminating my stress and my concerns. Sales Consultant, Bob Howard, was so very knowledgeable about the car I was leasing, a 2013 Chevy Cruze. He patiently and thoroughly explained all the features and also provided a breif history of how the Chevy Cruze came into being. I was completely thrilled with his knowledge and expertise and felt that I was in good hands. I sincerely would like to thank and congradulate the Braeger Team for thier CUSTOMER FOCUSED - not sales focused - approach. I went to Rosen Kia and was treated very badly, so I took my business to Brager where I was greeted right away asked if I needed help. My sales guy was Bob Howard. He was great. He answered all of my questioins and was there with my husband and myself through the whole thing. I wasn't told to ask for a sales guy and then got some one else. He was waiting for us when he got there. When we came back to sign our paper work every sales person that was in the parking lot asked if we were being helped or if they could get someone to help us. My experience with Brager and Bob was awesome. Thank you Bob for all your help and the 2013 Chevy Cruze was a great pick. I will be buying all my future cars from Brager from now on. More

Our son is in the Air Force and needed a nice, reliable car that was affordable for him. I came to Bob Howard last Fall and we talked about his situation, and Bob suggested a lease. This is an Eco-friendly vehicle, full of bells and whistles and is absolutely perfect for my son's lifestyle. He is ecstatic and can't wait to "finally" have some transportation down in Phoenix. I asked 6 area Chevrolet dealerships to find a 2013 Malibu 2LT in Summit White with a Jet Black/Titanium leather interior and several options. Bob Howard at Braeger Chevrolet was the only sales repres Malibu 2LT in Summit White with a Jet Black/Titanium leather interior and several options.
