NOT GOOD SERVICE.......GREAT SERVICE! Dan helped us more ways than one when we found the car we wanted. When we went to our creditors bank they kinda gave us a little rough time but if it Dan helped us more ways than one when we found the car we wanted. When we went to our creditors bank they kinda gave us a little rough time but if it werent for Dan this deal wouldn't have gotten done. He helped us out to work the deal with the bank when he didn't have to. Made me feel like he's one of the boys i hang out with. This is only made worse when a car salesman lives up to the stereotypes that they always want to deny. My experience at Brager was made worse because my salesman lived up to the stereotype. I went into the door ready to buy, I was nervous but very excited. Doug was very welcoming and nice and seemed ready to assist me with whatever I needed. I had a car I wanted to look at that was listed on the website. That car was already sold so we went out on the lot and started looking. I am not a car person so LT and LE and LS are terms that are foreign to me. (that is what a salesman in there for) We were looking and a car and the FIRST question I asked was does it have cruise control. Doug kind of laughed and said of course all 2016’s do. With that being my first question obviously it was something that was important to me. Doug proceeded to show me a couple cars. We finally came up to a silver 2016 Cruise. I liked it and it was within my price range so I test drove it. We never went on the freeway so I never tested out the cruise control but I had every reason to believe it was fine because that was the first question I asked and he said all 2016’s had it. I really loved the car so I decided to go forward and buy it. When I came back the next day we did sit in the car and go over a couple things, mainly just setting up onstar. I asked about the radio and he showed me a couple things and then said that most of the stuff is in the manual and that I seemed like a smart person who could figure it out and I agreed. Everything went pretty smooth with the paperwork and before I knew it I was driving off the lot in my new car!!! I was so excited! I got on the freeway and went to set the cruise and I could not figure out how to do it. I ended up going in a parking lot and reading the manual but where the button was supposed to be it was not there. I was so confused so I went back to the dealership and Doug told me my car did not have cruise control. I was obviously upset since that was the very first question I asked about. He proceeded to put the blame on me and said that he was talking about the LT and he in no way misled me. I absolutely NEVER would have purchased the car had I known it did not have cruise control AND since that was my first question I believe he knew that. I felt like I got taken advantage of. I wanted my money back and my old car. He clearly did not want me complaining in front of another customer so he told me he would speak to his manager and call me back the next day. I was not okay with this, but I left and decided I would just come back the next day. When I arrived at the dealership the next day Doug approached me. I told him I was upset and wanted to deal with this right away. He told me to “relax” and sit down. He then came over and again told me he did not lie to me. He was trying to get my price point. I understand he was showing me cars in my range, but I said I wanted cruise control so he should have disclosed that this car did not have it. I had every right to believe it did based off of our conversations and the fact that it was a brand new car. I told Doug I wanted my money back, I was misled and lied to. I was told that I had a contract and it was too late. I could, however upgrade to an LT for more money. I could not break my contract to get my money back but I could break my contract to give Brager more money?? (that makes total sense). I was visibly upset so I was told they would put cruise in my car at no cost to me. It was my best option, but it made me nervous because working on a car can mess with the integrity of the car or screw up my warranty. I just kept being told that I still have my warranty. To top this all off I was told I had Sirius Satellite Radio in the car and had 6 months for free. Doug used this as a selling point when he was talking about the car. When we were going over the car he told me I could read the manual to set it up. Come to find out I DO NOT have Sirius Satellite Radio in the car and it is not even an option let alone free for 6 months. Just another lie I was told to sell the car. The car also did not come with floor mats, which I have never gotten a car that did not have floor mats. Doug never once admitted to any wrongdoing, in fact I left this experience feeling like a fool. This cruise control was remedied, but this whole experience was awful and it ruined the excitement of getting a new car. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and will never be returning to it in the future. I don’t not trust them! I should have stuck with Toyota and will be returning to them in the future. I felt very welcomed when I first walked in to the dealership. I wasnt trampled by sales reps which I believe is a great thing. Besides the detailing I had a great experience! More
A very friendly atmosphere, Make you feel right at home. They answer any Questions you have and are very helpful as can be to answer them. They are very polite and considerate when going into a purchase of a car. In the past I have been to car dealers and this place cares and it shows. My car sales person Mathew Hall calls me to make sure everything is going well and just to see how things are going. That is nice and greatly appreciated by me. If I have a question that may arise I at least have a answer within a day and don't leave me hanging that I have to call back. I Would greatly refer mat to anyone looking for a car just for going beyond and even after my car purchase. Also Leo Campechano my financial person really helped me out as far as explaining everything as far as paperwork upon signing. He even said please call If you need anything at all.
