Price quote I had called a few days earlier to receive a quote over the phone and I did not expect quote to be spot on as they had not seen the car. I received I had called a few days earlier to receive a quote over the phone and I did not expect quote to be spot on as they had not seen the car. I received a quote of around $350-$400 for a window regulator replacement. I was able to make an appointment a couple days later and after inspection they came back with a quote of $500. As I said I don’t expect them to be exact on a phone call especially when they have not seen the car but I would hope that they would have been within $50 of their phone quote disappointed in that aspect of service. I was happy with the work that was done on car window works great now. I do not blame my service advisor as he was not the advisor I talked to for first quote both very nice and would use either again. They have a very comfortable lounge overall postve experience. More

Unlike most places that leave your vehicle smelling like auto shop grime, often with dirty footprints or smudges from greasy hands, this place went above and beyond and WASHED MY VEHICLE inside and out. I picked it up looking better than it had before the little accident I’d had. Top notch. Only word of caution: Make sure you’re at the intended Braeger, as there is a Braeger Ford across the street (which also seemed nice), but my insurance company only guaranteed this shop’s work. I dropped it off at the wrong place initially! Whoops. More
