Screwed I recently had a scheduled oil change for my Volvo XC90 at this dealership. After the technician evaluated my car I was told by Brandon that my car a I recently had a scheduled oil change for my Volvo XC90 at this dealership. After the technician evaluated my car I was told by Brandon that my car also had worn down brake pads that needed replacing and a few other minor pairs that added up to over $1000. I asked what was covered under warranty and he replied "I don't know let me go check for you." He then returned and said "I have great news!" It turns out these repairs were covered under warranty and i would only owe $200. Of course he knew very well that these repairs were covered. Do you want to know the best part? It turns out that my brake pads could "NOT" be replaced because they were not worn to a point that the dealer warranty would cover. It seems like they didn't need to be replaced in the first place and Brandon had no problems trying to up charge me when he thought I would be paying out of pocket. My car has been great and my salesman was a stand-up guy... It's too bad the service department is crooked! This is straight up fraud. More
Where customer service still exists I had an issue with my parking brake system, which eluded the technician on the first time in for service. After a short time of having my vehicle ba I had an issue with my parking brake system, which eluded the technician on the first time in for service. After a short time of having my vehicle back, the same problem recurred. Brian and the entire team at Volvo of Farmington Hills was able to discover the problem and fix it. My car was washed, vacuumed, detailed, and I had a loaner vehicle to drive. These gentlemen know the meaning of customer service and it is still alive and well at Volvo of Farmington Hills. More

Professional and Attentive to your needs. I started at Sesi Motors Dealership in Ann Arbor it was the closest one to my home. I spoke to a sales person on the phone but needed to take a look a I started at Sesi Motors Dealership in Ann Arbor it was the closest one to my home. I spoke to a sales person on the phone but needed to take a look at the car I was inquiry about. I showed up a week later to look at the Volvo XC 90 and went to the salesman I spoke to over the phone. He was surprised to see me and did not remember talking to me. It was a very awkward first impression. I did most of the leg work asking question about the car and then asking if I can see it and then asking if I can get my car appraised. Again very uncomfortable because I was not getting my questions answered nor did I felt like he was taking care of me. I even felt as though he did not care if I bought a car at all. I left the dealership with absolute certainty I would not purchase a car through them. When I found this dealership the salesman was excellent and professional. He gave me more information which help answer all my questions; even the ones I didn't ask. There was water bottle there for my son who was thirsty and everything looked clean and professional. My husband and I spent over two hours at the dealership; when even test drove the XC 90. It turned out we placed a special order on the vehicle because it was too good to turn down. The Volvo XC 90 sells itself; lets be honest. The car is top notch! However, the sales person will make all the difference of where the consumer will purchase their car from. I would recommend this dealership to everyone because customer service is crucial in this day and age. More
