There were no vehicles available for use. I live an hour away from the dealership. I felt that I receive poor customer service. My next vehicle will not be from this dealership. This is my third lease with La Fontaine. More

Brad was outstanding. I can’t sing his praises enough. He was super helpful and went above and beyond. generally,I experienced very poor communication. I could only reach people via text or voicemail which was usually not acknowledged until sometime later. The car took almost 10 days to complete the work. The service tech was well meaning and tried, but it seemed as if the whole operation was just inattentive and sloppy and really disrespectful to my time. When I arrived in the shop, I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to even talk to me about my car. Only then did they tell me that they were short of service tax and that they couldn’t look at the car for 2 to 3 days. This whole experience was a comedy of errors in a bad way. Do not recommend using this dealer for service unless it’s something basic like an oil change. Maybe they get that right More
