Awring was great I was just looking to buy A KIA in about 6 months to a year, but the customer service I recieved from Awring cause me to buy in 1 week. Even tho she did'nt have the car I was looking for at 6 months to a year, but the customer service I recieved from Awring cause me to buy in 1 week. I was treated fairly by everyone and no one seemed to be in too much of a hurry to answer my questions. There were absolutely no high pressure sales tactics or flattery used to sell me a car which I am grat in too much of a hurry to answer my questions. Bought a brand new car & had my first 5,000 miles service. Change oil & tire rotation. The service messed up my rims they didn't take care in taking the bolts out. 10,000 miles service came. Point out the concern to one of the personnels regarding the rims. Result after the tire rotation it made it worst. And another thing my TPMS sensor was on before the service. They gave me the multi point inspection report after that everything was okay yet the TPMS sensor was still on. A simple tire check they can't even do. Recommendation. Toyota la Fontaine your sales dept is better than victory but your service dept sucks. Car owners take care of their cars from scratches & take care of their tire rims or mags as well. By doing a tire rotation in your service dept you messed up everything. what's the point of having a cheaper change oil yet made your customers disappointed. More

I visited Lafontaine after I had a very negative experience with a different Hyundai dealer. I am a woman in my mid 20s, and was looking to purchase my first car on my own, with cash. The dealer I had been working with debated with me about what accessories and packages I wanted on my vehicle, and even said I must choose between the two color I initialy said I will not look at. They kept me waiting for about 2 weeks, saying they couldn't located the car I was looking for, even though I had put down a deposit. I was directed to Lafontaine by my boyfriend and also a coworker who recently purchased a Honda. Switching dealers was the smartest decision I ever made. I immediately met Mr. Terry Wilson, who answered all of my questions and treated me with respect. I told him about my past experience and he sensed I was very nervous now about buying a car. He found the car I was looking for in only minutes, while I sat at his desk. Mr. Wilson went above and beyond to make me comfortable and to get me exactly what I wanted. I waited only one day for my car to arrive, and it was absolutely everything I wanted. I will direct anyone I know looking for a car to Lafontaine, and to Mr. Terry Wilson specifically. I cannot say enough how helpful he was, and what a positive experience I had purchasing my first car! More
I visited LaFontainr Kia several months earlier. Jay was my salesman. I was waiting to get rid of my current car before proceeding. After much frustration with other dealers, I came back to Jay. He was considerate enough to realize I could not afford the Kia SOUL I wanted so suggested several Toyotas. I test drove a few, one being a Scion xB. It was a little to big for me so when I saw the Scion xD I knew that was the car for me. Jay made it all happen. He had the car shipped to LaFontaine and had it ready for me October 10th. He treats me like a queen. I feel like I am his only customer. He has walked me thru things he had already showed me but I forgot on the car. He is the only car salesperson I will go to. Very patient and a very pleasant, fun personality. (And most of all because he is a GEMINI) I know that if I have a question I can always call. EXCELLENT CAR EXPERIENCE! More

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever encountered! My saleswoman was extremely thorough, friendly and diligent on helping me get the vehicle I had my heart set on. Note: Without my negative payment experience (see below), my ratings would have been all fives across the board!!!! I recently purchased a 2012 Accent GLS from LaFontaine Hyundai. The Internet sales manag my ratings would have been all fives across the board!!!! I recently purchased a 2012 Accent GLS from LaFontaine Hyundai. The Internet sales manager, Brian, gave me a very competitive price for this vehicle. The saleswoman handling the transaction, Robin, was very knowledgeable, proficient and helpful. The car was delivered in excellent condition. I would recommend the sales staff for a new vehicle purchase! If I have any gripes, it is with the finance/support staff. Although I had an established out-the-door price from Brian/Robin, when I went to pay for the vehicle there was an additional, previously undisclosed fee, for online motor vehicle registration. Granted $30-$40 is small potatoes with a $16,500 vehicle purchase, but, to me, out-the-door pricing means just that! Even more galling, when I tried to pay the down payment via credit card, I was told the dealership limited credit transactions to $2,000 (or, in this case, $2,500 with my initial deposit). I intend on contacting my credit card issuer since I believe that as long as my available credit is sufficient, a vendor is prohibited from limiting the amount of the transaction. My initial research supports this as the “MasterCard Rules” handbook states, as follows: 5.11 Prohibited Practices 5.11.3 Minimum/Maximum Transaction Amount Prohibited Rule 5.11.3 of Chapter 5, “Merchants and Sales Transactions” is modified to include the following: A Merchant may set a maximum Transaction amount to accept a Card that provides access to a credit account, under the following conditions: 1. the Merchant: a. is a department, agency or instrumentality of the U.S. Government; or b. is a corporation owned or controlled by the U.S. Government; or c. is a Merchant whose primary business is reflected by one of the following MCCs: i. MCC 8220—Colleges, Universities, Professional Schools, Junior Colleges; or ii. MCC 8244—Schools, Business and Secretarial; or iii. MCC 8249—Schools, Trade and Vocational. More
