Could do a LOT better My biggest complaint with this dealership and my salesperson was the lack of communication and transparency with the process. My girlfriend and I turn My biggest complaint with this dealership and my salesperson was the lack of communication and transparency with the process. My girlfriend and I turned in one of our vehicles and leased two new vehicles. The process took 3 days, and each day we spent on average 4-6 hours at the dealership. Things went wrong that could have been easily avoided. I still don't have my license plate and I had a temp plate sitting at the dealership for a week, which I only found out because I realized that the expiration date on the original one was ending in 2 days. I started calling to find out where my plate was.... I NEVER received a call back from my salesman... To this day, he hasn't returned any of my calls and I left a message for him at the dealership to call me so that I could pay the surprise $26 dollar balance on the account.... I could go on and on, but the point is that I was VERY displeased and will not be returning or recommending anyone to my salesman. I love my car (which is the best part out of all of this), and am glad that they were able to work with us given our "special" situation, but my experience as a first timer wasn't good :( More

A True Dealership Honorable Like Family! We were very happy that we had Luis Cintron as our Sales Agent. He was the consummate professional explaining the entire car buying process to us, and We were very happy that we had Luis Cintron as our Sales Agent. He was the consummate professional explaining the entire car buying process to us, and selecting a vehicle that matched our tastes, needs, and personal style. Luis was awesome and completely knowledgeable about the Hyundai Tucson. He took the time to go over all of the cars specifications, programmed the blue tooth device in the vehicle for us, and answer any questions that we may have had. He introduced us to the Service Department, and the finance manager. Luis even called us back the same evening we took the vehicle home to see how the ride went, and followed up with us the next day to make sure we didn't have any other questions regarding the car. We were treated with such respect and dignity. Luis made us feel like NOT like we were another sale, but he really wanted to make sure we found the RIGHT vehicle for our family! More
