Disappointed Was invited to the dealership to test drive a vehicle I was researching online. I wasn't at that point in the process but was assured a streamlined process, with a sales manager as my representative(Foster), through the "boarding pass" system they use At arrival, found the Hyundai portion of the dealership blocked off by construction and gravel trucks. Access road to the dealership was closed (sign and all). Had to call to locate parking in another part of dealership Something that could have been covered at the confirmation call that morning. Especially since this was the last section of the dealership with no parking beyond it Once inside. My promised sales rep (Foster) was "busy" I was there 45 minutes for a 30 minute appointment. He never made himself available. I understand things come up but that's pretty busy. It's not like I walked in off the street Zach from the Kia portion of the dealership attempted to help. No offense to Zach - So much for my "boarding pass" experience I was promised. He had to look up everything again. After 30 minutes of looking Zach couldn't locate a test vehicle that wasn't either blocked in by other vehicles, in service, or blocked in by the construction. Safe to say the vehicle I had specified was not ready and waiting for my arrival as promised. At that point I asked Zack to stop. This wasn't the experience I was promised when I agreed to the test drive. Very disappointed. Drove across town to make this appointment. I was promised simple and streamlined. While Zach did his best to salvage the situation, Lafontaine Hyundai couldn't deliver what they promised - a streamlined process, a dedicated customer sales rep, and an available vehicle to test drive at a pre-scheduled time LaFontaine is no longer on my list of dealerships to consider More

I GOTTA SONATA As i had eluded to earlier, i was not eagerly greated by salesmen when took a seat by the door in the "customer waiting" area. I think it may have been because i had my work clothes on. When i managed to get the attention of "Richard" and "Charles", they knew immediately, that i was there to do "serious" business. After that, everything went smoothly. And to my surprise, i was able to drive my 2016 Hyundai Sonata home that same evening. More

LaFontaine works with you I went to Glassman Hyundai first as they were one of 2 dealers that had the car I was looking for. What a joke. They even came to my work to deliver the car and get the paperwork signed. Over and above what most places do. More

Oil change The company should offer the 1st oil change free of charge as an incentive. I also asked for rubber mats and I was told I had to purchase them.
