Service receptionist is not good at her job. As I see other people have had issues with connecting as well. I scheduled a service appointment for Saturday, I had another appointment that ran over, so I tried calling the dealership to confirm if they had any additional openings. After sitting on hold for around 15 minutes, I was finally able to speak with the receptionist, who hung up on me. I immediately tried calling back and sat on hold for another 15 minutes. They never answered, so I drove to the dealership. When asking the receptionist why she hung up mid call, she said she wasn't used to the phone system. I find this hard to believe since we were already talking, and typically, I don't have to push any buttons to continue speaking during a call. I listen and respond. Then I asked why she didn't just call me back when she "accidentally" hung up on me. She said they didn't have caller ID. I'm 99.9999% that is an untruth, since they have very modern, high-tech phones (really no caller ID!?). She also had my name, so she could have called me based off that. The last thing that makes me think the receptionist was full of untruths was when I called back while standing in the lobby, hearing the phone ring and nobody going to answer it. Lastly, she mentions, "We do not have a Toyota Service Tech on Saturdays. Then why was I able to set an appointment to have service completed on Saturday. If I could give 0 stars, I would. It doesn't seem customer service is their top priority. More
it has been a 1 1/2 weeks and counting. Can't get anyone to respond to multiple phone call messages and emails. It seems I can't even talk to someone to let them know what my problem is. I have been a loyal customer with LaFontaine since 1977, and all through the years they have been consistent with their sales, but especially with their service. Harpeet Singh is a wonderful service manager and all through the years they have been consistent with their sales, but especially with their service. Harpeet Singh is a wonderful service manager who treats every customer with great respect and integrity, along with John Law, are the best. I always feel like I can drive in and be taken care of. I bought a used car in June of 2018. the deal included a 10year 120000 mile warranty. I was sent home with all the paperwork for the warranty thinking everything was all good. fast forwa the deal included a 10year 120000 mile warranty. I called Easy Care the warranty company to ensure coverage only to find out that the Warranty I was given was never executed and paid for by the dealer. the dealer called the warranty company 3 months after I purchased and did what is called a rewind of the contract. I am sure they assumed I would never use the contract considering I had some portion of the new car warranty remaining and probably assumed I would trade the car in before ever needing warranty. I have contacted the dealer and also filed a complaint with the BBB. As far as I am concerned this is fraud on the dealers part. More

We have purchased new cars over the years and this was by far the easiest purchase we have ever made. Emily Rundel made the entire experience very easy and it was a pleasure having her handle everything for far the easiest purchase we have ever made. This is the first time I have not had to go back to the dealership several times and then make an appointment to pick up our vehicle. I recently purchased my Toyota Highlander from LaFontaine Toyota Dearborn MI. I worked with Chris Thomas and he was OUTSTANDING! I don't think I have had a better experience with a salesperson purchasing a Toyota Dearborn MI. I worked with Chris Thomas and he was OUTSTANDING! I don't think I have had a better experience with a salesperson purchasing a car. He was highly efficient, friendly, funny, really put me at ease. Through our texts and emails the whole process took about 24 hours from start to driving my baby off the lot. Go see Chris Thomas! You will not regret it! More
