We have purchased new cars over the years and this was by far the easiest purchase we have ever made. Emily Rundel made the entire experience very easy and it was a pleasure having her handle everything for far the easiest purchase we have ever made. The worst service ever! 2 Prius both "fixed" wrong and worse than before we took them in. Took 1st one in they said it was fixed. Dropped off 2nd. Before 2nd was fixed, 2 Prius both "fixed" wrong and worse than before we took them in. Took 1st one in they said it was fixed. Dropped off 2nd. Before 2nd was fixed, 1st was still broken. They charged a ton of money for 1st repair, took it back 3 times. Still not right. 2nd took in only once, still lights on the dash and brakes not fixed! Tried to speak with manager--no return calls at all. Took to a different dealer for service--1st car, they put the wrong part on the wrong side of the car! Dash light still on because of battery. Even though Lafontaine said it was fine. Never using them again! Shame on Lafontaine service! More
