I bought a used car in June of 2018. the deal included a 10year 120000 mile warranty. I was sent home with all the paperwork for the warranty thinking everything was all good. fast forwa the deal included a 10year 120000 mile warranty. I was sent home with all the paperwork for the warranty thinking everything was all good. fast forward 6 years I needed to use the warranty. I called Easy Care the warranty company to ensure coverage only to find out that the Warranty I was given was never executed and paid for by the dealer. the dealer called the warranty company 3 months after I purchased and did what is called a rewind of the contract. I am sure they assumed I would never use the contract considering I had some portion of the new car warranty remaining and probably assumed I would trade the car in before ever needing warranty. I have contacted the dealer and also filed a complaint with the BBB. As far as I am concerned this is fraud on the dealers part. More

We have purchased new cars over the years and this was by far the easiest purchase we have ever made.
