Misleading advertising. Dealership advertised a vehicle with power running boards and remote start. We drove over an hour and a half to see the vehicle. During our test dri Dealership advertised a vehicle with power running boards and remote start. We drove over an hour and a half to see the vehicle. During our test drive felt a vibration in the front of the vehicle. When returning to the dearlership I inspected the vehicle and noticed the front drive shaft seal was leaking. Also noticed the vehicle had no power running boards, in fact it had no running boards. I.asked them to put the vehicle up so could inspect it more and during that inspection I tested.the front tires suspecting a wheel bearing was bad and it was. After all these issues I then tested the remote start and it really did not surprise me that it did not work. I would not.recommend this dealership cause not only did they misrepresent what options where on the vehicle they let me drive 80 plus miles and waste a day looking at something that was not close to what was advertised. More

I will have to center the box and realign the bumper. Very suprised this problem was overlooked at the factory. More

Talked with Don Pash & Robert Andrus. OK, here is the deal, THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!!!!! Had to bring my F150 in this week for warranty service work. Talked with Don Pash & Robert Andrus. They bent over backwards to take care of all of the issues and a few extras. These guys take care of my wife and I like we are family members each and every time we stop in the shop. We let everyone that we know about the sales and service team at Lafontaine. You all know how to treat your customers, you keep them coming back with a smile on their (our) faces and walking out with a smile on their (our) faces. Thanks to all of you at LaFontaine! overlooked obvious maintenance Took 2013 Escape in for 75k mile scheduled maintenance & oil change. Told them radiator fluid low. After picking up car realized fluid not filled. At next oil change w/ competitor, air filter very dirty (obviously not changed) and in-car air filter (3 years old) was completely black. They did charge us for fuel cleaner & injection cleaners. At inspection, also told us front rotors needed to be turned. A break shop told us they they were fine. They have lost credibility & our trust. More

Had a small issue with a part malfunction on my 2009 Lariat and stopp We own our 2nd & 3rd F150, all 3 purchased from Lafontaine Ford in Lansing, MI. Had a small issue with a part malfunction on my 2009 Lariat and stopped by the dealership yesterday (February 15, 2016). I spoke with Don Pash, Robert Andrus, Andrew Burgett and Keith Slaught about the issue. No issues, no problems, no worries! I was told the part would be ordered and installed at my earliest convenience, with a loaner to boot! The team promised to take care of my family...time and again, they have followed through on their promises. My deepest THANK YOU to all of you guys. You make (made) the experience worth every moment and dollar spent. More
