I went there when I was looking to lease a new F-150. I told them the color and options I wanted they said they were going to another dealership to get it for me. I sat there for 4 hours waiting and I let them run my credit for nothing because when they got back with the truck it didn't have some of the options I specifically asked for. I ended up going to a different ford dealership. Their manager reached out to me to apologize so I decided to give them another chance since we were also looking for a new explorer for my fiance. Between their multiple credit checks and whatever they said or submitted to ford motor credit we didn't get approved. I have years of perfect payment history with ford motor credit so im not sure how that's even possible. Or what they did to screw things up but we ended up getting a kia sorento instead and kia didn't give us any problems. More
This "dealership" if you can even call it that, provided me with the worst experience I've ever received at a dealership, not only are they very slow to get anything done but the staff are very rude. The less expensive vehicle of the two I was interested in was "not available" despite having been on the website the previous day and a week following. Paid mostly cash but wanted small loan; finance person Greg Day said 5.9% was a good deal, although I had found 2.4% and possibly 0%--my credit rating is excellent. Salesman Aaron Brecht was friendly and did a good job showing me the vehicle. Greg tried to intimidate me into purchasing a long-term service contract. Facility was clean and bright. Two salespeople adjacent to Aaron were very bored; unoccupied salespeople should not remain where customers can see how unengaged they are. Overall, LaFontaine is a typical dealership. Only went there because they had the vehicles I've been seeking for 6 months. More
