Great Place to Purchase a car I went to Lafontaine because i had heard of them in the Ann Arbor area and when they moved to Lansing I was shopping around for a good car and decided I went to Lafontaine because i had heard of them in the Ann Arbor area and when they moved to Lansing I was shopping around for a good car and decided to give them a try. I started by looking at cars online with them and then went in and talked to Jerry and he was able to get me into a vehicle within a short time. Very pleased with the professionalism and the friendliness of all the staff. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new car. Easiest and best purchase ever! I don't live in the immediate Lansing area, but I had heard how wonderful Lafontaine was to work with so I went through them for my recent Ford Flex e I don't live in the immediate Lansing area, but I had heard how wonderful Lafontaine was to work with so I went through them for my recent Ford Flex experience. Jerry and Steve were fantastic. My trade-in went so smoothly -- this after a couple other dealers were not easy to work with. We did almost everything over the phone and email and Jerry delivered my Flex to my house. Just a carefree and no stress experience. And Jerry taught me more about my car than I knew in 4 years with my other one. Great dealership! More

We were working with another Lansing area-based Ford dealer attempting to purchase two new Ford Escapes with trade-in's for our two children who are g We were working with another Lansing area-based Ford dealer attempting to purchase two new Ford Escapes with trade-in's for our two children who are graduating from college this spring. While we were helping them with some of the costs, they were also contributing significantly. So...this was their first experience. Long story short...the "other" Ford dealership was not responsive whatsoever. We them made the great decision to meet with Robert Andrus at Lafontaine-Lansing. He met with us on short notice...within 3 hours we rolled away with 2 new Escapes, Robert was absolutely wonderful and thorough...Nate Harutunion did a great job with the financing and explaining the details to first time new car owners!
