Monkeys have more professionalism My son has had his car (Ford Contour) regularly serviced at this dealership. They supposedly fixed his leaking oil problem last year. When the en My son has had his car (Ford Contour) regularly serviced at this dealership. They supposedly fixed his leaking oil problem last year. When the engine died after a horrible noise, he had it towed to their service department. They thought is was the battery (batteries don't make a horrible noise) and mentioned his ball joints needed replacing. They replaced the battery and ball joints and took it for a test drive, but the engine shut down again. They then determined he needed a new engine because it had been running without oil. Later it was discovered that none of the indicator lights came on to alert anyone to the problem. Originally I was upset with them for what I felt was a drastic error on their part. However, they are trying very hard to correct the situation. They located another engine and are in the process of installing it with the promise to check the working condition of the indicators to assure this doesn't happen again. I must say that they are turning this previously disappointed customer to a satisfied one. More

Needless to say, after 14 years, I was not looking forward to the hassle of purchasing a vehicle. I stopped at Lafontaine to see what was on the lot; and out of the building came Chad Woodard. Happy Customer I don't have the greatest credit and Ron Wagner didn't treat me like I had bad credit either. All the other dealerships treated me bad cause of my cre I don't have the greatest credit and Ron Wagner didn't treat me like I had bad credit either.
