Purchased a 2020 Ford Edge Titanium from LaFontaine very recently. My wife and I were treated very well by everyone at the dealership. Our salesman, Drew, was exceptional. I just purchased a 2020 F-150 from this Dealership and I was very happy with this purchased. Today My Wife's 2014 Flex would not start so I called this dealership for service and had the Flex towed to Lafon was very happy with this purchased. Today My Wife's 2014 Flex would not start so I called this dealership for service and had the Flex towed to Lafontaine Ford Flushing. I drove to the Dealership to follow up on My call and start to develop a relationship with this Dealership. Upon arrival at the Service Dept. I was informed that They were backed up and it probably would be the end of next week before They could even look at the Flex. I replied that You mean that it will be approx. 10 days before You can even look at the Flex and was told Yes. I cannot be without My Wife's vehicle for that length of time so I had to call and have the Flex towed for the second time today. I am Very upset that out of common courtesy the Lady I called and talked to BEFORE I had the Flex towed to this Dealership would have informed Me that They were that far behind in the service Dept. so I would not have to pay twice for the tow of this Vehicle! This is definitely NOT the relationship I had hoped to develop with this New Flushing Ford Dealership!! More
Recently (within the past couple of weeks) had an issue with my recent purchase of a 2020 Ford Escape. The vehicle had just rolled over 3.2k miles since I took possession. My experience related to failur with my recent purchase of a 2020 Ford Escape. The vehicle had just rolled over 3.2k miles since I took possession. My experience related to failure of the Escape to restart at a red light when it turned green. The system locked my steering wheel and I could not proceed to my destination. Several attempts later, I was able to proceed. Jumping ahead, I took the car to LaFontaine Ford in Flushing. That started a circle jerk with service that LaFontaine said they could not recreate the issue I had. My attempt to call this a safety issue fell on deaf ears. The vehicle was returned to me and I was told to bring it back in if that happened again. I complained that this was a safety issue and the service mgr said that was my issue, not theirs. It has since acted in a similar manner as before. Locked the steering wheel and would not allow me to proceed. It happened again yesterday and took several attempts to get moving again. My perception was the service department ignored me and made me feel like it was my issue, not theirs. I’m done with LaFontaine Flushing. I will not return and I will not buy another Ford from them. I was left with an impression that I was at fault, not them. I would encourage people that had similar issues to reconsider doing business with this place. They accepted no ownership of my issue. I hsve contacted Ford to see what I need to do to turn his car back in under the banner of the Lemon Law. Thus far, no response. That service mgr was nothing but incompetent. More

Bought Silverado from there and the experience was great randy my salesman was very professional. Had to bring the truck back because of transmission and it took longer to fix then expected and was very up randy my salesman was very professional. But despite me being angry with them they assured me that the process with the warranty takes time and it will be fixed asap. Jim in service was very calm and professional the whole time I dealt with him. The owner got word of me being upset and called me personally to assure me that he cared for me as a customer. That surprised me as I never had a dealership or owner for that matter take the time to do that. Every one I spoke to on the phone including the service manager was also very calm and explained everything to me. All I can say is they made a man who has been ripped off by past dealerships and afraid to bring my vehicle to even get service by a dealership into somebody who actually trust a dealership for there service on a vehicle. Well done team at delahanty Ford!! More
GREAT customer service in the Body Shop Had a fender-bender, hit by someone not paying attention. Went to Delehanty, worked with Ken Holleman in the body shop.
