Horrible experience with this dealership. Whatever they are using to get people to think they are an honest / family dealership is a scam. The salesperson did their job and called me with a vehicle I wanted. I agreed to purchase it right away and the deal could be finished the next morning. I was a cash buyer but the dealership wanted me to finance some amount so they could get credit or allocations or whatever for selling a vehicle. Fine, I agreed to that and even agreed to purchase extended warranty which was another contingency the dealer demanded. I agreed to that as well. I submitted a credit application, my drivers license, and all of the info I didn't need to submit because I was a cash buyer. The dealership strung me along for several phone calls/texts/emails only to get all of this done and the salesperson called to tell me they sold it to someone else!!!! All of that info I submitted, all of the negotiations expecting to end up with this vehicle and they turn around and completely screw me! This dealership could care less to earn business, to make customers, to provide a good experience...They only care about numbers! Just another big dealership pretending to be a "local" experience. If I could give a negative stars, I would. I took my truck in June got it back and in August, for some transmission work. I didn't have a car rental at all doing this time because they stated I took my truck in June got it back and in August, for some transmission work. I didn't have a car rental at all doing this time because they stated that they didn't have any available and they were behind, but remember I had an appointment to bring my truck in. Not only I sat for a month thinking my truck was going to be fixed, but I had no transportation. Once August came, I got a called stated my truck was fixed. Once I got it home I still had the same issue and had to take it back several of times, I even sat at this dealership for hours thinking they were fixing the issue. But no it was not corrected. I kept tell the manager and the service person it was the transmission, the manager eventually told me that they couldn't help me no more after billing my warranty company for repairs. I'm not sure why they never replace the transmission, they just put a casing on it. When I took it to another repair shop I was told they never put the casing where it were cracked. The repair shop just replaced my transmission and everything is running nice and smoothly and it cost me way more less than I paid with this dealership. I'm very disappointed with the way I got treated and it took me sometime to write this because of the frustration. More
