Waited for the first needed oil change to try and resolve this. Working with the LaFontaine call center a service adviser set an appointment for an oil change package at $69.99 including a tire rotation. Told her about the windshield coating and she said that it would be taken care of. When I arrived at LaFontaine Ford of Lansing for the appointment, I was told the oil change would actually be $140.00, not the $69.99 I was quoted. Then I was told no on the windshield coating. I would have to provide proof of payment; they would have to get it approved and if it gets approved then they would have to order the product. I declined the $140 oil change after driving there and called the LaFontaine call center for an explanation. Had a nice conversation with the advisor who claims their most expensive oil change is $89.99 and that is for a diesel vehicle. He said I would get a phone call to resolve. Three weeks and no one ever called. Oil change done elsewhere now and windshield still unresolved 6 months after purchase.
