Had to constantly pursue the salesperson who would forget everything we would talk about not even 12hrs after talking. I was looking for a Ford Flex and seen one on Facebook marketplace at the Grand Blanc location. I went to look at it and it was at another location. Heidi was great. She showed me another Flex that was av marketplace at the Grand Blanc location. I went to look at it and it was at another location. Heidi was great. When I placed my order with my local NJ dealer in NOV.2024, I was told I might not get it delivered until MAR.2025. After a month, I was told it may be MAY.2025. I grew impatient, and I started searching online, and found LaFontaine had our exact model and color (Whisper Blue) in stock. It was easy working with both Ricky and Randy to get the paperwork done. They offered to ship it to me for a reasonable fee, and delivered it to my door within one week. A WONDERFUL SALES EXPERIENCE! Thanks to LaFontaine in Flint, I was able to receive our exact model and color of Nautilus a full 3 to 5 months earlier than our local dealer had offered. More
