Justin and the entire LaFontaine team were great to work with in the purchase of our new 2026 Ram 2500. We live in Indiana and just could not find the time to get up to Lansing, but knew they had the truck with in the purchase of our new 2026 Ram 2500. We live in Indiana and just could not find the time to get up to Lansing, but knew they had the truck we wanted with the options we wanted. We were able to complete our entire transaction via phone, email, and DocuSign. We were so worried about doing everything this way, but it was so easy!! They even worked with us on our trade-in (2016 Ram 2500). We were able to figure out a day that worked for one of their drivers to deliver our new truck to us and drive our trade-in back to the dealership. Would HIGHLY recommend LaFontaine CDJR of Lansing to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More

Nothing was fixed on my truck. I just got stuck with a $400 bill. Had to bring my truck in twice to get it looked at. Sat at your dealership for almost 8 days the first time. A schedule should be a schedule and not drop it off and we'll get to it in a week. If I book an appointment time I would expect my vehicle gets looked at that day. That's why you make an appointment.
