Jeff Romero was fantastic in working on scheduling a time around my work to come in and discuss the Mach E. Once we started I was out the door in less than two hours , which is something I’ve never experienced. Even though it was not needed Jeff and the team offered to deliver the car to my residence, again not something I’m used to being offered. L.B Smith will even collect my car and return when it requires maintenance. A defined plus!!!!! I will definitely recommend L.B. Smith More

The thoroughness on the day I picked up my custom-order car, was superior to any experience I've ever had when purchasing a car. The dealership is 2 hours away, but the relationship I built over the last y car, was superior to any experience I've ever had when purchasing a car. I had arranged the financing with my credit union but because of the lack of communication, the vehicle I had hoped to purchase was sold. More
