These guys are great! I’ve gotten all of my synthetic oil changes, new wiper blades, tire rotations, inspections, and filter changes done here since moving to PA. They’re honest, fair-priced (with lots of coupons available), and have been able to fit me in with or without an appointment. Justin is awesome - he remembers me even when I don't schedule an appointment to drop off my car. They always let me know when things are wearing out, such as tires and filters, so I can be prepared for the cost in a few months. Chad helped me get four new tires and had me in and out on the same day, despite having a unique tire size that is usually not in stock anywhere. Plus, they had a $100 rebate and other stackable coupons. I always get inspections done here because you can't beat their coupons that they have online or mailed to your house. Highly recommend!

The Quick Lane AC technicians were able to determine that the expansion valve in my AC unit that was replaced in June was defected so it was replaced again without charging me for the cost of the part or the diagnostic check that was preformed. Trent Meyers, the service advisor, kept me updated with everything throughout. I was more than satisfied with the way everything was taken care of, including the yearly vehicle inspection that I initially scheduled to be preformed on my 2011 Mercury.

Prompt response by Anthony when walking into service department. And the requested service took minimal time as I waited for the service to be completed. Very pleased.

Kirk listened to what I wanted. The entire team at LB Smith impressed me. There was a welcome feeling when I arrived.
