Rude and Slow After working with a slow salesman who knew next to nothing about the vehicle we wished to buy we were passed off to a rude finance officer. After the fact, we were sent an email asking about our experience so I wrote them to let them know how badly it had gone hoping they could make changes to their operations. I received a phone call a few days later from one of the employees I had done business with, who initially apologized but after I suggested they make changes in the manner in which they treat customers she began making excuses. So if you go to Galesburg Toyota know that you will not be met with anything but slow subpar service. More
