Not pleased at all I was not informed in any of my visits about what all was done to my car when brought in for service. I thought I was getting an oil change, which I a I was not informed in any of my visits about what all was done to my car when brought in for service. I thought I was getting an oil change, which I ask for, on every 5000 mike visit. Found out in my visit of Aug 31 that I wasn’t. The serviceman was very rude and treated me badly. Will not, unless I have no other choice go there again. He had me so upset that I couldn’t even speak with the supervisor. More

This visit was fine but follow up........ This visit was just fine. We were told that a part needed to be ordered and they would call when it came in and set up an appointment. Over a wee This visit was just fine. We were told that a part needed to be ordered and they would call when it came in and set up an appointment. Over a week later we had not received a call back. We called and they said that they could get the part the next day but that we couldn't get the car in until NOVEMBER! What the heck. Kevin was supposed to call to discuss the situation. Waiting on his call. The part didn't get ordered, we didn't get a call and now we have to wait until November to get it fixed. We have been a regular customer for many years. I believe we will be going elsewhere for our automotive needs. Mike OHern More

Great experience I'm from Chicago and I knew what truck and options I wanted so I called and they were great from the start. Drew initially gave me some info, then Thomas Carder in sales took over and we made a deal on an all-in, price-out-the-door that beat the other dealers I had contacted. I gave Tyrell a deposit over the phone and when I drove out to pick it up it was exactly as Tom had described. Melissa Spence took my check and explained warranty info and didn't pressure me to buy any extras. By the time I was done in finance Tom had my tags on and did a truck features run through with me. Excellent experience from start to finish and I would recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a Toyota. I was definitely worth the drive from Chicago. More

Great service all the way around. The service department performed a recall repair on my Tacoma. Ryan did an excellent job in getting all the work done in a timely manner.
