Bad News Bears! I recently bought a vehicle from this dealer. 4 months later i had a snow balling amount of issues begin to start poping up. Once i took my vehicle t I recently bought a vehicle from this dealer. 4 months later i had a snow balling amount of issues begin to start poping up. Once i took my vehicle to there service department to try and use my warranty to fix these issues I had nothing but problems with their service. They had my vehicle for 3 or 4 days and none of the issues ever got fixed. Thus i have decided to take my service else where. I would not advise any one to use this service center. More

Financer was friendly but when I declined extended warranty he alerted manager right away. The MOD seemed aggressive in his tactics to convince me otherwise & appeared irritated when I declined. Title clerk ruined my overall experience. Docs sent into Iowa 3 weeks after I purchased vechicle, docs had white-out on them, so state required them to be resubmitted. My calls to title clerk went unreturned. I went to dmv who then phoned title clerk who then refused to take the call and finally after 30 mins answered and said she’d send paperwork out next day UPS. My temporary plate had expired and I was driving without plates for 3 days. I made 2 trips to my local dmv. I spoke to the MOD who was rude during purchase, told him about title clerk issues. He didn’t have much to say but sorry. He said the Lead manager would call me next day. That never happened. They owe me a refund for overpayment on my plates, it’s been 2 months now and I still haven’t received the refund. More
