I have been told 4 times that an employee will call back. This is on a windshield issue and a body repair issue. I came in for service last week (July) and was told again they are sorry and I was forgotten about and that it won’t happen again. Well I still have not got a call on these issues. This place has no problem taking my money but can’t follow through for my needs. It is also frustrating that I got body coverage and conveniently this is not covered. The service was very good but I question why does the service department not show significant needs for repair or replacement. I really think that such replacement of a oil gasket is important and I need t see it leaking. So I can confirm and know it needs replacing.
