The sales guy I worked with, Mike Oberthaler, was very knowledgeable, not pushy and answered my questions in a timely manner. He made the experience very fast and I was able to purchase a vehicle in an afternoon.....it was probably the easiest purchase I have ever made. I next worked with Zak Yanasak. I work in the financial industry and I have seen my fair share of finance managers who are very pushy and pressure customers to add extra's they don't need to increase margins, especially in the auto sales industry. I was very pleasantly surprised that Zak did none of this. He was very respectful, easy to work with, explained everything thoroughly and overall I was impressed. If the owners of the car dealership are reading this....you need to give him a huge raise......you have an employee who was looking out for his employer and the customer, which is a rare find. Overall I would give a very positive review to the dealership. I recommend you drive over and consider them if you are looking to purchase a vehicle! More

I explained my current vehicle was on lease for several more months so was just looking. He showed me the new Cherokee Latitude and offered a test drive, which we did. I was very impressed and told him I would be back when my lease was up. The sales manager overheard our conversation, and explained they (Kunes) could terminate my lease and get me the new car at a price point I was shooting for. After some discussion about options they located a car that fit my needs, and we closed the deal. The whole process was quick and painless. Very friendly and professional staff throughout. Can't say enough about this experience! More

Excellent buying experience!! We had been searching online for a used car with specific features. One appeared at The Kunes dealership in Elkhorn. Since we live 240 miles away we w We had been searching online for a used car with specific features. One appeared at The Kunes dealership in Elkhorn. Since we live 240 miles away we were, at first, a bit reluctant to go that far just to see a car. Our salesperson Eduardo, did such a fantastic job answering our every question, that we decided to drive there. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the car, yet with no pressure to buy. We purchased a beautiful, like new car, at a great price! Eduardo has also followed up since the purchase, to make sure we are happy with the car. We would recommend Kunes to anyone shopping for a vehicle. More
