This was our first time buying a vehicle without physically seeing and test driving, as we found it online and contacted through phone calls. Working with Peter in finance, and the various salespersons was a pleasure. They treated us fairly and communicated well along the way without the pushy sales pitch. We had a couple follow up issues with the vehicle condition but Kunes was incredibly quick, responsive, and worked with our schedules to get the work taken care of. Everyone I dealt with at Kunes was fantastic to work with. To top everything else off, the service department was the most accommodating group. Matt in service and the rest of the service department exceeded my expectations and took every extra step to ensure our satisfaction. We do not live anywhere close to Elkhorn, but I would definitely lok at Kunes first in our next Jeep purchase. More

Non responsive I am very disappointed with the dealership. The sales experience was very unprofessional. I made an inquiry and then an offer on a vehicle. I did receive an introduction call from the salesperson Ryan who promised he would call me back after he presented my offer. I never heard back from him. I received a number of emails and follow up from their internet lead generator person who I expressed every time that I had been waiting for a follow up. Even a no could have sufficed. NOTHING! Clearly they do not want to sell a brand new car. (which by the way had been sitting on their lot for almost 2 years now) I am in sales and return every call or email no matter what and in a timely fashion. I deliver good and bad news to people. But to completely blow someone off and never follow up on an offer? Shows me the culture of the leadership team from ownership to management. Stay away! Find a shop that wants to do business, Kunes Country clearly does not. More

2 vehicles bought and extremely happy! Like the title says, we bought two vehicles from Kunes; a 2017 Jeep Renegade Limited with Altitude package and a 2016 Hyundai Elantra. Car shopping at my pace...no high pressure sales gimics I saw a Jeep in the back of the lot, so I inquired online about it. Unfortunately, that Jeep sold before I could get in to test drive. Mike Oberthaler I saw a Jeep in the back of the lot, so I inquired online about it. Unfortunately, that Jeep sold before I could get in to test drive. Mike Oberthaler and communicated via email for a few weeks about what we were looking for. When the right Jeep didn't come along, Mike let me know about an upfit program they have. No high pressure sales gimics; no repetitive phone calls hounding me to come in. It was very refreshing that we were allowed to shop how we wanted, on our schedule. My wife and I came in and discussed options available and decided the best route for us. Mike and Eric Gostomski worked together, stayed after hours and we were able to come to terms on a fantastic 2017 Rubicon. I hope I don't need another vehicle any time soon, but if I do, I look forward to working with Mike and Eric again. More
