I was in the market to replace a 2013 F150 FX4 when a 2017 R My wife and I enjoy buying new cars and trucks and purchase new vehicles every 3-5 years. I was in the market to replace a 2013 F150 FX4 when a 2017 RAM 1500 caught my eye at Kunes. I made an internet inquiry and Mike called me within minutes to talk about the truck. I think we talked for 30 minutes about all sorts of things RAM related and I really enjoyed the conversation. A few days later I made it out to the dealership (thanks Mike for getting us un-lost on the way) and I really loved the truck however there were a few blemishes since it was a dealer demo which disappointed my wife and I. Mike made sure that the repair of those would be taken care of and wrote those into the contract. While we were at the dealership we met a number of sales and management staff and everyone was super friendly, including Mike. Zak in finance was fun and made that part of the process which is usually the worst second to price negotiations very pleasant. And speaking of price, we got a great deal on our 2017 Ram and could not be happier, THANKS Mike and everyone else!!! More
