Personal, complete and fast. I came in to Kunes just to look and price a new Dodge Ram 2500. I had wanted to get the Diesel engine in it but was hesitant because of the cost. I wa I came in to Kunes just to look and price a new Dodge Ram 2500. I had wanted to get the Diesel engine in it but was hesitant because of the cost. I was immediately greeted by Bill Callum as soon as I was approaching the door. Bill was very knowledgeable and accommodating, asking me all the pertinent questions he needed to help me find the truck I wanted. I figured I would have to order my truck, but they had just what I wanted out on their lot. The vehicle is amazing. I picked the 2500 Turbo Diesel Larime. The color and trim package is awesome. It has everything I needed and more. Now I’ll be able to tow my race trailer in style. No worries about not having enough power to go the distance. I’m one pleased customer. More

Worst experince I have ever had buying used vehicle I was told I could get CARFAX never got it! Was told that it had a lot of warranty left? FALSE! Was never told that I only get 1 key and no owners man I was told I could get CARFAX never got it! Was told that it had a lot of warranty left? FALSE! Was never told that I only get 1 key and no owners manual, things I could have requested if I would have been informed before paperwork was signed!? Then 1 week in warning light came on was told to call your ford dealership, they told me wasn't covered with warranty? Contacted a friend at ford said warning light was for something under recall (he got that info with vin #) your shop people got my vin# and told me not under warranty!? Then at time of visit was told what a great inspection your guys do! FALSE! Then I got oil change at buddies shop and the engine shield had 4 bolts not 8 or 9? And was ripped in several places? Contacted salesmen Frank Schmidt and said your shop could have at least got the right bolts from Ford dealership, said he would forward info to manager and that was last Thursday and Friday got NO RESPONSE! Will make it a point to tell people not to believe everything you are told at this dealership!!!! Was pleased with the way Lauren got us started then went sideways! When picked up wasn't very well detailed inside! More
