Then called the number over and over wasn't even managers number! So I called the 1 person I trusted there Lauren in financing? She had me on hold came back informed me the manager there at the time was busy would call back! Asked for them to call after 3pm so I could get some rest as I was working at 7pm said sure? Never got call back so a few days later went on chat line and then was told someone would contact me, instead salesman( Frank Schmidt) texted me saying that the Ford Escape I wanted to purchase was set up for test drive! They will never be able to convince me to purchase from their dealership in the future and have contacted FORD MOTOR COMPANY and might sending something to BBB so they can put review out as a questionable company!? More

I kept saying no, but he said it was okay, sign here. I was crying and could not even see what the papers said. Tommy offered me a tissue even though I told him I wasn't there for a car and didn't want to trade. Peter offered services, but he wouldn't cancel the sale. I unbeaten that by law they don't have to cancel the sale, but the sale should never have happened. I was trying to be nice. More
