Chrysler had to buy back my Jeep. Kunes was responsible for getting me my tax money back. There was confusion with my tax money because of my trade-ins. David Webb really went to the plate for me and got my money back for me I appreciate all he did. I can tell that Jeep Kunis is really trying to make a difference and is stepping things up. Cody and Max in service are great I love seeing Jim there when I come in. Mike keeps working hard on my jeep. David Webb has really helped me and so has Matt young, In the finance department with getting my tax money back. I know you guys did not benefit financially for helping me with the situation. I just want you to know I recognize this and I appreciate all you did. Thank you guys so much. More
Sold me a junk car for full price. Make verbal agreements so they don't have to follow through. Admit they hire shady salesmen & mangers but don't attempt to make it right. Waste of time & money. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. If you don't stay on them they just move on to the next schmuck to make money off of. They don't care how much money you spend on a car the second you drive off it's your own problem, they'll make agreements but won't honor said agreements. Wish I never stepped foot in kunes. More
Started out great then went boom! A week after I signed the contracts and left with the car, I get a call from KUNES that they need copies of my social security cards. I tell them, "well, I'm not in the state and won't be back for another two weeks, I'll get it to you when I get back." There response, "we need it now so we can finalize the loan, can someone go to your house and take a photo of your social security card and then you can email it to us?" My answer "No. I don't have anyone to do that and I'm not comfortable with that option. Why was this not taken care of when I was there? If you forgot to do it, why did you wait a whole week later?" So because of there major screw-up, I had to spend 24hrs driving back to their dealership from my vacation so that they could get a copy of my social security card. I didn't get an apology, I didn't get xxxx from them. They essentially doubled my down payment on the truck because of gas and a hotel stay needed to just get back. Then I still had to turn around and head back to my vacation. Disgusting how they mucked this up. Disgusting that they were just ok with what they did to me and the struggle they put on me to get them what they needed because they screwed up. More
I couldn't be more pleased, or say enough about the great folks in the service department at Kunes CDJR in Sycamore. I had numerous failures on emissions components on my 2015 Ram 2500 Laramie with the 6.7 folks in the service department at Kunes CDJR in Sycamore. I had numerous failures on emissions components on my 2015 Ram 2500 Laramie with the 6.7 Cummins Turbo Diesel that by law, and by the EPA and CARB settlement agreement with Cummins, were to be covered under extended warranty by Cummins. I can only assume that because this was shortly after the settlement agreement was reached in late December/early January, that Cummins was dragging their feet on covering huge parts and labor repair costs. My truck went into the dreaded LIMP mode, and couldn't be driven until the repairs were made. Parts were on backorder for 7-10 days, and this happened on two different occasions. Kunes stepped up each time and kept me out of the middle, immediately getting me into a loaner, and dealing with Chrysler and or Cummins to cover the cost of the repairs that Cummins was responsible for. Maxx, Cody, and Tony kept me in the loop the entire time, and called to check on how things were going several times after repairs were made and I had driven the truck for a few days!! The Tech that worked on my truck was phenomenal. I ask a lot of questions, and he was very generous with his time, answered all of them, and did great work. The gentlemen that would greet me when I'd come in, or that gave me a ride home were very kind and friendly as well. I felt like I was treated like family the entire time. I highly recommend Kunes CDJR in Sycamore for your Mopar service needs!! Thank ya'll for everything!!! More
