I have always had great service at Krystal Dodge for many years but this last time I was not very impressed. My Truck was Towed to the dealership for a failed head-gasket and an ongoing issue with a check en years but this last time I was not very impressed. My Truck was Towed to the dealership for a failed head-gasket and an ongoing issue with a check engine light. My head-gasket was replaced under warranty and the check engine light was fixed under my extended warranty through Chrysler. The problem I have with The service on my truck is my truck was returned to me dirty inside, I had greasy boot prints on the door sill, carpet and floor mat. Not sure why a plastic floor mat or seat cover cannot be used? I understand accidents happen but to just leave it like that and not have the courtesy to at least mention it to me. Just give my truck back to me and hope I don’t notice I guess. My oil was changed as part of the head-gasket replacement on my truck but I was wasn’t given a new oil change sticker on the windshield of my truck and the oil life was not reset to 100%. The coolant was replaced in the radiator of my truck with new however when I received my truck back the coolant reservoir on my truck was bone dry empty..would not even register on the reservoir dip stick. So I had to go to my local auto parts store and purchase a gallon of coolant and top off my coolant reservoir which was full when my truck first arrived at the dealership. So many small things were overlooked and steps missed on my truck that it really makes me question the quality of the bigger things repaired on my truck the head-gasket. Makes me question if it was done right and if the repair was of good quality. I just feel bad for the rest of the service department because of one persons lack of care this review will affect everybody. I don’t expect anything to be done about how I feel of what happened, probably just a phone call saying oh we are sorry and that’s it …one positive thing to note my service advisor Jared I can say was great as always.!! More
