Last visit was more than disappointing. I am not sure I will request any work to be performed on my RAM there in the future. Perhaps the move to the new chrome and glass location with all the glitter brings with it the poor experience that I had. Very poor marks are appropriate in regards to communication and TRUST. As a long time and capable gear head I fear that I now will have to personally perform work on my RAM to insure that what I over paid for ( more than double the quote ) was done correctly. I had made arrangements with Andy and more than did my part in trying to insure the service that I wanted went smoothly. He was unavailable on the day of my appointment and everything went down hill from there. It really is a sad state. More

First time at dealership. Service dept was to coordinate with parts dept to order a shifter knob but that failed to occur and a wasted trip on my part. My appointment was at 8:00Am for a shifter knob replacement and oil change. Individual who came after me for an oil change waited 90 minutes without anything being done. Once informed that my part wasn’t ordered they still took an hour for an oil change. Afterwards, My car sat in the lot as I informed service dept that my car was done. They provided an explanation that the paperwork was being reviewed. My reasoning for traveling to Krystal was to evaluate service to determine if I should purchase a Grand Cherokee from your dealership. Friends have recommended your dealership but I informed them that was not my evaluation. Much to their surprise. Returned today and service was fantastic. In and out within 30 minutes. More
