We're sorry to read about your experience. We respect all our customers and it's never our intention to mislead anyone, especially regarding discounts or special pricing. We have taken the opportunity to look into this for you. We have tried to reach out to you on more than one occasion regarding the AARP pricing. There is no AARP pricing however there is an AARP rebate that can be signed up for through AARP and Truecar. When we read your review we looked into it and found that you in fact had a pending rebate. It has been applied for and we will be sending out a check as soon as the rebate has been paid. If you had just let us know there was an issue in the beginning when you took delivery we could have corrected it then. Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused and if you would like to discuss this more, please feel free to contact Daniel Huner - General Sales Manager at (518) 623-3405.
