The employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were patient with my questions, were very personable and didn't charge me and arm and a leg for the repairs I needed. Last visit was more than disappointing. I am not sure I will request any work to be performed on my RAM there in the future. ( I did purchase it new there ) Too bad, as I thought that I h I am not sure I will request any work to be performed on my RAM there in the future. ( I did purchase it new there ) Too bad, as I thought that I had found the small dealership I was seeking. Perhaps the move to the new chrome and glass location with all the glitter brings with it the poor experience that I had. Very poor marks are appropriate in regards to communication and TRUST. As a long time and capable gear head I fear that I now will have to personally perform work on my RAM to insure that what I over paid for ( more than double the quote ) was done correctly. I had made arrangements with Andy and more than did my part in trying to insure the service that I wanted went smoothly. He was unavailable on the day of my appointment and everything went down hill from there. It really is a sad state. More
