Very friendly with minimum time wasted I spent a few weeks or so texting with customer care about a car I was interested in. After working together I was able to go to the dealership and pu I spent a few weeks or so texting with customer care about a car I was interested in. Nice folks, but inspect used vehicles yourself.. I found this vehicle online and flew there from TN to purchase it. It drove ok and the dealer supplied a vehicle inspection sheet. I had some back pai I found this vehicle online and flew there from TN to purchase it. It drove ok and the dealer supplied a vehicle inspection sheet. I had some back pain upon arrival and did not look underneath the vehicle. I am from the south and had no idea that Ohio roads and weather would causw the MASSIVE amount of rust underneath this vehicle. I also noticed the front main seal leaking badly, which are both my fault for not being more thorough. Though low miledge, this vehicle (my 5th Astro van) will surely be a nightmare as it is a rust bucket. More
