I was in an accident on my way to work. We had to car towed back to Krieger for the body shop to assess the damages, and Rusty and his team actually found more wrong with the vehicle than was originally noted by the adjuster. Their attention to detail was on point, and helped to ensure that I would not be driving in an unsafe vehicle after the process was completed. The car was considered a total loss, and when I needed to purchase another one, I went right back to Carl. He and I had even already had the same VIN picked out for me to look at when I arrived. It also had more bells and whistles than my original purchase. This time the process went much faster, but I still received the top level of service that I received during my first visit. I would recommend the fast and friendly service of Carl and Krieger to anyone and everyone. Top notch in my book. More
