Best Experience ever My first experience with this dealership. Was shopping year end deal on new 2017 Ford Edge. We went because Krieger had largest inventory. Met Erik My first experience with this dealership. Was shopping year end deal on new 2017 Ford Edge. We went because Krieger had largest inventory. Met Erik and he showed us inventory and answered questions. We did find a car that suited what we were looking for. I obtained pricing on the new car. It was listed below invoice. I had multiple discounts available I then obtained trade in value on my 2011 Edge. I advised Erik, I wanted to go home and research the pricing. To my surprise from past experience the trade amount I found for my car was essentially the value I was offered. My past experience was always to have the dealer price lower than my price. I then called Erik and with a little more negotiation we finalized the deal/ When we came the day to sign papers, I had a very good experience with business manager Harold Samour. He was straight forward and informative. He presented the various extended warranty plans honestly and without pressure. I felt very comfortable at Krieger and plan to use them again. Overall, it was my best buying experience ever. For once I did not feel like I had to "Play the Game' with dealership to keep from being taken advantage of or not getting the fairest deal I could. More
