I felt comfortable walking away at any time, if I had wanted to. Scott went out of his way to make certain we knew all the features of the car (2014 C-Max) we bought and how to utilize the electric charging system as well as the active-park parallel parking system. Love the car and the experience we had buying it. Best salesman ever! More

We knew exactly what we wanted and Kevin (salesman) found the perfect SUV for me. We had the old SUV in the service center and since it was there already we just had him appraise it. He gave us a call when it was done and we went in to get our options. We heard our options and made a decision. Once the decision was made, he got to work and found just what we wanted. Easy process with all the paper work. We went in to sign the paperwork and I got to drive my new Ford Explorer home. I would highly recommend Krieger ford but also Kevin. We are going back to him again when we need a new car. More

Great experience Gino Frissora the salesman was great. Showed me the vehicle and to my surprise did not go on the test drive. Surprising sense most dealerships salesman go on the test drive and take you a pre determined route. Then the finance department worked to find a bank with better interest rate then my pre approved loan to get me the best possible payment. Chris Wachtel also provided reasonable options to lower the already great monthly payment on the vehicle. Also, provided all the financial information on a computer which provided me with the info real time (how different down payments, different warranties, interest rates, etc.) would impact monthly payments. I was expecting to have to pick up the truck, then go get the plow and salt spreader installed. Scott had it on the lot with the plow and salt spreader I was looking for within the week.
